Day 2 – Puttalam
Wilpattu National Park
One of Sri Lanka’s largest and oldest national parks, famous for its leopards, sloth bears, elephants, and diverse birdlife.Jeep safaris through dense forest patches, grasslands, and natural lakes (or “Villus”).




Kalpitiya Dutch Fort
Built by the Dutch between 1667 and 1676, this fort stands as a testament to the colonial history of the region. Its unique architecture and historical significance make it a must-visit site.


Day 3 -Arrives to Anuradhapura
A journey into the heart of the island’s Buddhist heritage. This sacred city, renowned for its well-preserved ruins, is home to iconic landmarks such as the Sri Maha Bodhi, a sacred fig tree grown from a cutting of the tree under which Buddha attained enlightenment. Highlights include the massive dagobas like Ruwanwelisaya and Jetavanaramaya, ancient monasteries, and intricate reservoirs showcasing advanced ancient engineering.
